The 1st Stem & Briar Pipe Smoking Competition

3.00 Grams of Tobacco was carefully measure out for each attendee
  
I used an old pharmaceutical scale, which was not only cool, but also guaranteed consistency.

Uhle's Big Dipper was the tobacco of choice for  this years event.

A scoop of vanilla sprinkled with a touch of chocolate, 
this blend is well suited for everyday and occasional 
smokers alike. 
Ingredients: A golden Cavendish blend with Burley and black Cavendish

Results

We actually had a tie for 1st!  Myself and Dan Stach ended with a final time of 48 minutes and 26 seconds!
And both of us used only 2 matches!

We learned a lot, had a good time, and enjoyed a wonderful evening of pipe smoking.
